The food was great, the order was correctly fulfilled. The drive thru took us 20 minutes to get to the window with 5 cars in front of us. When the store is more settled into the community we will try again. B-
Incredible food. Have eaten breakfast many times on the way to the farmers market. But this time we stopped again on the way home. I ordered the chicken and rice bowl. My wife ordered the jambalaya bowl. Wow they really are awesome not too spicy but all the flavor your taste buds can handle.
We just had our first meal at Bojangles and I have to say; we were not disappointed. The wait was understandably long, however, as they had just opened yesterday, so people were excited to come in and try it. The chicken, in my opinion was perfectly spiced. I had the three piece dark, with mashed potatoes and white gravy and the mac and cheese (the sides were on the small side which is fine for me, but they should have filled the little containers up at least. That's my only complaint), my Mom had the steak and biscuit combo with the fries. We really enjoyed our meal.
First the pros then the cons. The food is always good at Bojangles especially the chicken. However I just waited in the drive through at the Lebanon tn location for no kidding seriously 30min! And I was at the window watching in and some girl had her hands down in her pants like scratching her hind end eeeeewwwww ! The people were not even conscious of the time I was sitting there with my car running. And never said sorry it took so long. Wont go back to the Lebanon location.
Took over 30 minutes in the drive through for our food! This is a brand new location and is super slow! Like it is ridiculous. This location needs to work on the slowness and the customer service!
Everything was fresh and tasted so good. I think KFC has a real contender.
