I took my son to dinner on Halloween night and when we arrived we were told there would Be a 5 minute wait. There was 1 other couple waiting to be seated. Within 2 minutes the first couple was seated. After that, 3 other couples and a party of 5 came in and all were seated ahead of us. I must add that we were literally sitting 5 feet from the hostess during this time. After 15 minutes of waiting, we stood up and I said something like "Obviously you have forgotten about us so we'll be eating somewhere else tonight." All we got was a blank stare. I turned and walked out the door.
Demo's Restaurant is excellent. Food was prepared exactly as we ordered, and server was very friendly and attentive. Meal was very delicious and menu had a good variety. Recommend without hesitation
Mistakes happen, I know... But to not even offer an apology tells me that I should spend my money in places where I am appreciated and not forgotten.
Excellent in all respects. Best restaurant I've been to in years. Great aged steaks. Homemade pasta sauces (the brown butter garlic sauce is amazing). And the service, WOW, outstanding.
For what is suppose to be great food it can have such an attitude in this place. I tend to try to find anywhere else to go to eat dinner. Yet, coming from an italian family etc I expect better I guess.
Service is great, food is average, they could use some better appetizers, salads are pitiful and they got rid of the French dressing! I know it's an Italian restaurant but if you want french dressing you want french dressing! The bread could be cooked a little longer and their soup is really good but they could give you a little bigger cup! I mean seriously!!! However, they never seem to be hurting for business so why would they ever change a thing?
