Comparing pizza can be a little like arguing who was a better guitar player...Jimi or Duane...The answer is that they were both awesome but different. So it is with pizza. In the early 1970s when pizza was as foreign to Lebanon as, well, say hockey is today, David established the pizza standard for an entire generation. For those who have never known anything but pizza on every corner, David's will likely be different from what they have come to expect from New York or Chicago styles. For myself I am glad that David's is one of the endless varieties. I've never met one I didn't like and there are times when nothing but a David's will scratch the itch. Therefore, I heartily recommend adding David's to your pizza rotation.
