What kept it from a 5-star rating? No military discount as is experienced in Kentucky.
Ordered 2 combos ( that were burgers ) and an additional burger all of which included mayo lettuce and tomato. None had lettuce tomato or mayo. I informed the boy at the counter and he replied with " oh it's because we have a new guy" . Ok. So then I asked to speak to the supervisor and she says we'll I can make you another one . I wasn't compensated for the one I already ate and I didn't want to wait for a whole other sandwich to made so she brought me a basket with lettuce and tomato in it. Then when I asked about compensation the boy said " well, that stuff doesn't cost anything if you add it" . How about sorry every burger on tour order was incorrectly prepared and don't lie and tell me lettuce and tomato is free. I assure you when you add it to anything you get charged for it. Pitiful to say the least.

Not that hard to put on cheese, and mayo specially when charged for it. Doh!
Blonde cashier got the order wrong, then copped an attitude about fixing it. Then they brought out burnt biscuits and hockey puck sausage. I couldn't even bite into it. When I took it back up the blonde cashier with the attitude, her mannerisms changed to from just attitudinal to hostile. 1
Remake and the manager said" this is the last biscuit I will be able to make for you" I thought ' you are absolutely right!' And It was like the employee was bossing the manager the way she spoke and when she said "jump" he did. Grow some cajones man!
